Blemish-fighting serum highly concentrated in key molecules [1.9% salicylic acid + Imureline peptide + zinc gluconate] to fight blemishes (pimples, blackheads, acne, etc.) and reduce excess sebum.
Skin types: Combination to oily skin and especially suited to blemish-prone and acne-prone skin. Not recommended for sensitive skin.

Description
The Superserum Blemishes combines high concentrations of [salicylic acid + Imureline peptide + zinc gluconate]. This blemish-fighting serum contains potent purifying and soothing active ingredients that help visibly reduce blemishes and regulate combination to oily skin. The blemishes serum also helps limit the appearance of blackheads and reduces excess sebum.
Active ingredients
Salicylic acid (1.9%): gold-standard beta hydroxy acid (BHA) known for its keratolytic action. Targets blemishes, for clear skin with a refined texture.
Imureline peptide: recognised for its soothing action.
Zinc gluconate: purifying action. Helps reduce excess sebum and prevent the appearance of blemishes.
How to use
Use occasionally or as an intensive four-week regimen. Before daily skincare, apply 2 pumps to the entire face or locally to blemish-prone areas, morning and evening. Use the Essential care after each application.
Precautions before use: This superserum has a very high concentration of BHA; avoid any use of the following products during the intensive treatment: Rebalancing Mask, Skin Renewal Peel.

I am delighted with this product which quickly fulfills its objectives. I suffer from adult hormonal acne localized on the lower face and I have tried numerous local treatments (SVR, Avène in particular). These products dried out my skin and the results were not what I expected. Je suis ravie de ce produit qui rempli rapidement ses objectifs. Je souffre d’une acné hormonale de l’adulte localisée sur le bas du visage et j’ai tenté de nombreux traitements locaux (SVR, Avène notamment). Ces produits m’ont asséché la peau et les résultats n’étaient pas ceux escomptés. Depuis que j’ai commencé la routine myBlend (mousse nettoyante + super sérum imperfection + une crème hydratante classique) mon acné a nettement réduit, les inflammations sont moins douloureuses, les tâches et cicatrices sont très atténuées, les rougeurs sont inexistantes et ma peau n’est ni sèche ni agressée même par temps froid.
